- Why subscribe?
- Magmaker titles are only available from hobby and craft stores and direct from ourselves; you won't find us in newsagents or supermarkets. By subscribing with us directly you can guarantee your copy will arrive on your doorstep.
- How do I start a new subscription?
- Choose the magazine you'd like to subscribe to in our 'Subscriptions' section.
- Click the 'Add to basket' button for the relevant subscription option and your delivery region.
- You can add another subscription and back issues* to your order. You can view the contents of your basket in the right hand column.
(*Minimum order of any three magazines for back issues; the current issue may be ordered singly.) - Once you are happy with your order click 'Proceed to checkout'.
- You will receive confirmation via email shortly after you have completed your order.
- How do I renew my subscription?
- We will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. You can either complete the renewal form and return it or call our subscriptions department with your credit card details on 01480 496130 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).
- How do I order back issues?
- Choose the magazine you'd like from the 'Back issues' section.
- Click the issues you require.
- Click the 'Add to basket' button that applies to your region.
- Continue shopping using the text links at the top of the page to return to the index page.
- Once you are happy with your order click 'Proceed to checkout'.
- You will receive confirmation of your order via email shortly after you've completed your order.
- How can I pay?
- We accept all major credit/debit cards (details listed on the payment page). If you prefer to pay over the phone, call our subscriptions department 01480 496130 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). We also accept postal payments. Just download the order form from the subscriptions page.
- When will I receive my magazine?
- UK subscribers will receive their magazines usually within 2-3 days (up to 5 days) of being published. Europe 10-15 days and ROW 15-20 days
- Why can't I order single issues?
- In order to offer you free delivery a minimum order of any three issues is required. However, you may order a single issue of the current issue.
- How do I order a subscription as a gift?
- Complete your subscription as normal following the step-by-step instructions. During payment you'll be asked to enter a 'billing address' and a 'delivery address'. Billing address is for the card holder and delivery address is where you would like the magazine to be delivered. Remember to choose the correct payment option for the region it's to be delivered to.
- My Basket
- Your purchases will be listed here. You can remove unwanted items from you basket by clicking the 'X'. If you would like to reset your basket click 'empty my basket'.
- Delivery
- All delivery costs are included in the price for your selected region and posted by Royal Mail in the UK and 1st Class for Europe and RoW. N.B. Orders under £7.00 incur a £1.00 handling fee except our one-off 'specials' magazines.
- How do I notify you about change of address?
- Call our subscriptions department on 01480 496130 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) or email ros.raven@magmaker.co.uk and we can update your account.
- What to do if your magazine doesn't arrive?
- In the unlikely event you do not receive your magazine, call our subscriptions department 01480 496130 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) with your order number to hand and we'll make arrangements to ensure your order is fulfilled.
- Currency
- All transactions are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices for overseas customers will be converted by your credit card company at the current rate.
- Card Security
- All card information is encrypted using the industry standard SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer). This means that your information is entirely secure as it leaves your computer and reaches our subscription service, which is looked after by our partners WorldPay. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
